Promoting Timelapse Video
It is hard to sell time-lapse projects. It's strange because these videos always amaze viewers. That is why I started a teaser campaign of some sort: I will publish time lapsed clips that I have kept for myself and will share them on Facebook on a daily basis until I run out of clips to show.
Let see if I get orders or at least comments.

Komen Peoria Race for the Cure Timelapsed - Spring 2009
I just saw that my Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure timelapse was not on my blog! Allow me to introduce to you one of my finest timelapses.
I had heard a lot about the SGK race for the cure and in 2009 I decided to get up really early and cover the race. 2 Cameras, multiple locations... What an event! See for yourself!
PS: In the edit, I decided to remove all the colors besides the pink! A nice way to emphasize on the organization's colors, don't you think?

Graffiti Timelapse - November 2011
The CIAO of Peoria (Central Illinois Artist Organization) asked me to record a timelapse of a 60ft mural for their First Friday event! What a great project! I was really excited to record Dutch artist, Ard Doko, finish paint his large-scale mural on Nov. 4.
For this project I decided to record with all the cameras that I had: Sony EX1, 2 Canon Vixia HFS10 and 1 Nikon D200. I also brought and used my Lowell light kit (very useful for this project). 3 hours of recording generated the following 2 videos:
First Friday offers a chance to meet and greet artists in their studios and gallery spaces at a variety of locations in Downtown Peoria, IL. The free event takes place on from to 9 p.m. on the first Friday of each month through November. First Friday is organized by the Central Illinois Artists Organization (C.I.A.O.)
